Sibley Square Historic Preservation

Rochester, NY

Project Highlights

This project highlights the adaptive reuse of 1.1 million square feet of the historic Sibley building in downtown Rochester. The building is reused for Market rate, affordable, low income housing along with commercial space . Each floor will house a laundry room, and additional common amenities—a spin room, kid’s play area and work lounge—will be located on separate floors.  The Sibley building is one of the city's largest-ever renovation and restoration projects and part of the downtown revitalization effort.
