The former City Hall which became Irving Place is being renovated by the owners, bace build, to have mixed use space for businesses and apartments on April 16, 2021. The new building will be named The Rockford. This building was built in the late 1800s. Bace build plans to move businesses to the first and fifth floor with apartments on floors two through four with 10 apartments on each floor.
