Brooks Crossing Student Housing

This project highlighted the construction of an 11-story, 98,000 sf student housing apartment building. The building featured 170 beds for University of Rochester upperclassmen and included a restaurant, student commons, laundry facilities, boat house and credit union. The private bedroom apartments had full kitchens, A/C and private baths. It was a cast-in-place concrete structure on piles with a brick facade.
